For backwashing the filter element, be sure to use sterile water, otherwise it will contaminate the filter element. The recoil method, the original export is imported, the sterile water is driven in the opposite direction (note that the raw liquid filtration pipe is closed), and the sewage outlet is opened, and the operator sees that the filtrate is obviously improved.

When the production is not finished, try to discharge the filtrate as much as possible. The downtime is not long. Generally, do not open the machine. Do not remove the filter. The downtime is long or the filtrate should not be stored overnight. The filter must be cleaned and the filter must be cleaned (can also use the recoil method) . The replaced filter element should be immersed in the acid-base wash solution, the soaking time should not exceed 24 hours, and the acid-base temperature should generally be 25 °C - 50 °C. It is recommended that the acid or alkali to water ratio is 10-20%. The filtrate with high protein content and the filter element are soaked with the enzyme solution. The cleaning effect is good, and the product is updated and reused. It must be cleaned and then steam disinfected. The cleaning and disinfection is very important for the water filter and the drying filter.
